Versamatic Elima-Matic

Elima-Matic is the air-operated double diaphragm pump series from Versamatic (an IDEX company). The patented, lube-free air valve is non-stalling and resistant to icing – the pump starts reliably even at low air pressure. Available from 1/4" to 3" in aluminium, stainless steel, cast iron, polypropylene and PVDF.

Consider density and viscosity

Density and viscosity of the fluid are decisive for the selection – they have a considerable influence on the effective flow rate. Viscous fluids such as resins, adhesives or chocolate reduce the flow significantly and require larger suction lines and a slower stroke rate. Heavy fluids such as slurries or cements increase the required air pressure. Please state density (kg/dm³) and viscosity (mPa·s) in your enquiry.
