Different costs for delivery by freight forwarder
For items that have to be shipped by a freight forwarder due to their shape, size or weight, we cannot display fixed shipping costs in the shop in advance. For this reason, these will be calculated subsequently. We will inform you separately by e-mail or telephone.
Where can I find the shipment number for my order?
Our ERP system automatically sends a dispatch notification, including the corresponding shipment number, by e-mail to the e-mail address stored in the order for the orders processed by us and transferred to the parcel service provider at around 6:00 pm. This does not apply to deliveries that have to be sent by a freight forwarder.
How will my order be packaged?
As far as possible, we use reusable packaging material (recycling) for the packaging of your delivery and avoid plastics as far as possible in order to protect your ordered goods.
I need the goods as soon as possible, how long will it take for my order to be shipped?
If we receive your order by 2 p.m., it has been paid for (except for payment by invoice), is in stock and can be sent by parcel, we will probably process your order and hand it over to the shipping service provider on the same day.
Which countries can be delivered to?
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, Cyprus and Austria.

How will the delivery date be calculated?
The time limit for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank in the case of payment in advance or on the day after the contract is concluded in the case of other payment methods and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
What are the delivery times for an order with multiple items?
If you order several items from us as part of one order for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment of goods as a whole.
What should I do if there is visible damage to my delivery?
Please check the consignment for visible damage upon receipt and have this confirmed by the delivery person. In addition, please send us an e-mail with customer data (e.g. order, invoice and or customer number) and pictures/videos of the visible damage to email@example.com.
Is it possible to pick up my order myself?
In principle, collection from the warehouse is possible. To do so, please select "Self-collection" as the shipping method in the checkout process. You will then receive an order confirmation from us. As soon as your order has been processed by us, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
