Availability and delivery times

We will ship your item to you as soon as it is available. We will inform you about the status of an item's availability on the product pages. The following information refers to the delivery time of the suppliers to our warehouses. We distinguish between the following availability levels:

This item is immediately available from stock in the quantity stated and will be dispatched immediately. If you require more than the quantity of the item in stock, please enquire via the contact form before placing your order.

The desired item is not in stock. We require a procurement time of 2 weeks and will ship your order immediately upon receipt.

IMPORTANT: The stated availability refers to the time at which we send the goods to you and not the receipt of the parcel. These are approximate figures, i.e. there may be deviations.
