PVDF

PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) combines high resistance to strong acids, oxidisers and halogens with higher temperature resistance than PP. Together with the elastomers the wetted housing determines the chemical resistance of the pump.

Suitable for

Concentrated acids, sodium hypochlorite, chlorine and bromine compounds.

Typical applications

Acids: mineral and organic acids
Electroplating: aggressive acids and salts, residual sludges, waste water, neutralisation, caustic soda, ferric chloride
Solvents: aromatic and aliphatic solvents, ketones, aldehydes, esters, chlorinated hydrocarbons, de-icers
