FDA-Membranpumpen – lebensmittelkonforme Druckluftmembranpumpen
FDA-Membranpumpen sind Doppelmembranpumpen, deren produktberührte Werkstoffe den Anforderungen der US-amerikanischen Food and Drug Administration (FDA) entsprechen. Typische Kombinationen sind Gehäuse aus Edelstahl oder unpigmentiertem Polypropylen mit Membranen und Kugelventilen aus PTFE oder FDA-konformem Santoprene®. Damit eignen sich die Pumpen für Lebensmittel, Getränke, Kosmetik und pharmazeutische Vorprodukte.
Typische Anwendungen
Speiseöle, Sirupe und Konzentrate, Aromen, Milchprodukte, Schokoladenmassen, Glukose, Alkohol, gereinigtes Wasser sowie Cremes und Lotionen.
